I'm a mum of two, wife and a big believer that life should be about more than rushing from one week to the next. I know what it's like to feel like you're working hard but still wanting more - more time, more flexibility and more control over your future.

For years I built my career in Retail Management before moving into HR, yearning for a work life balance. Despite doing everything I thought I was "supposed" to do, I still felt like I was constantly juggling, rushing and waiting for life to begin at the weekend.

I wanted more time with my family. More freedom over my days. Less financial pressure. And something that belonged to me.

A few years ago, if you asked me what success looked like, I probably would have talked about promotions, job titles and climbing the corporate ladder.

Now? Success looks completely different. It looks like school runs without stress, family adventures, being there for sports days and nativities. Having choices and building a future that doesnt rely on someone else determining my worth.

When I found this business, I knew it wasn't a quick fix - it was an opportunity to build something with real longevity. It's challenged me, stretched me and helped me grow in ways I never expected and brought me closer to the life i'm creating for my family.

Today, i'm building a business that fits around my life, not the other way around, while helping other women discover that creating an income doesnt have to mean sacrificing the things that matter most.
